If we receive your name and or email address from you or someone else it is our intent that you not receive spam from us, anyone associated with us, or any company associated with us or not. Any companies sending us spam will be put in a file that will not allow them to do business with us, now or in the future. If you feel that you received spam from us or anyone associated with us, it will be checked out to the best of our ability and the matter resolved hopefully to your satisfaction to the best of our ability
ON ADVERTISEMENTS:
It is trabob.com policy that advertisement will only be displayed on certain pages were we feel it is in the best interest of the customer, people interested in being customers, or just curious surfers. We do not consider the listing of the products and or services offered to you as advertisement but rather information that will help you decide if you wish to purchase that particular product or service.
ON WEEKLY DISCOUNTS:
As we do not have any weekly discounts at present we do not have any policy on that.

ON WORLD OPPORTUNITIES:
It is our policy to offer opportunities to people without regards to race, religion. age, or sex of anyone as we represent the world and believe that all people of the world have the right to earn a living and to enrich their lives in the pursuit of happiness for their families and for themselves to the best of their abilities. It is also our policy that we respect the laws of the world and any special laws that may apply to different countries of the world and we will attempt to abide by them in their countries that we are involved in to the best of our ability.
ON COUNTRIES:
It is our policy to abide by the different laws of all the different countries that we are involved with in our dealings within those countries.
ON CHAT ROOMS - BULLETIN BOARDS:
It is our policy that people will be able to chat with each other so long as they do not offend others. That those that do and are reported to us we will exclude them to the best of our ability. That people are invited to post their comments in the bulletin board but we reserve the right to not post their notes if we feel they are objectionable in their content.
ON PRIVACY:
It is our policy that we respect your right to privacy and we will neither give nor sell your personal information to any unauthorized person unless required by law without your approval.
ON REFERRALS:
It is our policy that we welcome referrals from anyone for anything that is not illegal or immoral in the country pages that are listed with the exception of if something is considered legal or moral in one country then that country may have that content in their country pages, based on if we consider it offensive.
ON AVAILABILITY:
It is our policy all products and services be made available to all countries except were prohibited by law or are deemed to be so offensive to the majority of people or that it would interfere with their being comfortable at this site but we reserve the right to determine that.
ON PAYMENTS:
It is our policy that we would like to have a payment plan for those customers that either want or need them and it is our intent to work on something for them in the future.
ON ACCOUNTS:
It is our policy that we would like to have in house accounts for those that need or want them and it is our intent to work on something for them in the future.
ON MEMBERS ONLY:
It is our policy that we have a member site for those that are involved in the workings of the site to have access to an area were they can find information that they need or want that would help them to make this a better site and help them to achieve their goals in life.
ON MAPS:
It is our intent to show maps of the different countries so that people will get to know those countries better and be able to have a better idea of places they buy from. With that in mind, it will be up to the different countries to submit those maps.
ON SHIPPING:
It is our intent to have vendors ship products to customers at the least expensive route as possible and at the same time attempt the overall less damage to products as possible and expect the vendors to package those products in a way as to minimize any damage to the products to the best of their ability.
ON EXCHANGES:
It is our policy that we allow vendors to offer exchanges for products to the customers and realize at the same time that this is not always possible, but when it is possible and the vendor wishes to do this then it is our policy to request that the customer pay for returning the original product to the vendor.
ON REFUNDS:
It is our policy that the vendor determine if it is possible to give refunds and there are different reasons for refund requests and it is our hope that were a refund would be possible and practical and the vendor agrees, then it is our policy that the customer return the product at their expense. If there is a disagreement between the buyer and the seller as to if a refund is warranted and the parties can not come to agreement then the customer may contact us with all the details and we will attempt to intervene for the customer with the vendor to the best of our ability.
ON COMPLAINTS:
It is our policy that complaints should be directed to the vendor that the customer purchased the product or service from. In the event that the customer can not get satisfaction from the vendor then the customer may contact us with all the details and we will attempt to contact the vendor and try to resolve whatever the complaint is to the best of our ability.
ON CURRENCY EXCHANGE:
It is our policy that we only accept US dollars in payment for products and service but being aware that there are many different currencies in the world it is also our policy to have a currency conversion tool available to both the customers and the vendors so that they may be able to figure out their cost in their currency.
ON PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND DELIVERY:
It is our policy that the customer always comes first. Trabob.com does not guarantee the products, services, or delivery of the vendors and are not responsible for products, services, or delivery that they provide to the customer. We will however act as mediate in any disputes the customer is unable to resolve with the vendor(s). If we feel that the customer is right and the vendor(s) do not correct the problem then we will revoke said vendors ability to sell on this site. That it is our intent that the customer receive satisfaction from vendor(s) on what they purchase to the best of the vendors ability. That the customer receive the best delivery at the lowest cost for their particular needs to the best of the vendor(s) ability. We will keep a record of complaints that we receive and anyone with a legal interest may gain access to that file.
